Flat and unmetered for virtually every real customer.
Not "unlimited, no exceptions, ever"—every paid tier includes a generous monthly tool-call allowance with a published overage rate for genuine outliers. We warn at 80% of the included allowance, warn again with a stated grace period if you cross it, and only then throttle new requests—never silent billing, never a full lockout. Usage is counted in batches rather than instantly; a brief overshoot caused by that counting lag is billed at the same published overage rate as any other overage, for every customer—whether or not you opted in to overage billing.
